Yes. You can request a change of travel date or departure time by contacting Customer Service at least 12 hours before the coach leaves.

You may cancel the trip up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure. Full refund: when you cancel within that window, the ticket amount is sent back to the same payment card in roughly 1–7 business days (depending on the issuing bank).

Tickets are paid online during the booking flow. We rely on NETOPIA Payments (Visa/Mastercard, 3-D Secure) so the transaction is both quick and protected. Once the payment succeeds, the e-ticket is emailed automatically.

The system issues your e-ticket immediately after the online payment is completed. Check the email address used in the form—the message shows the travel date, departure time, boarding location, reservation code and QR code.

Make sure the card is authorised for online and international payments, verify you have enough balance, allow browser pop-ups and temporarily disable blocking extensions. You can also try another browser or device. If it still fails, our Customer Support team can assist.
