How do I make an online reservation?

1) Open our booking platform.
2) Decide on a One-way or Round-trip journey and set the number of passengers.
3) Fill in the From and To fields with the departure and arrival cities (for example, Chișinău → Bucharest).
4) Pick your travel date from the calendar and press “Search”.
5) Review the results and choose the trip that suits you best, checking departure/arrival hours and trip length.
6) In the form: lock in a seat when that option is available, add your full name, phone number and email, request an invoice via “Add billing address” if you need one, and apply a promo code if you have it.
7) Confirm you agree with the Terms and Conditions.
8) Click “Pay” to complete the secure card payment and secure your ticket.
9) The e-ticket with its QR code lands in your inbox within minutes and can be shown from your phone when boarding.

Can I modify the date/time of a paid ticket?

Yes. You can request a change of travel date or departure time by contacting Customer Service at least 12 hours before the coach leaves.

What is the cancellation policy and under what conditions do I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

You may cancel the trip up to 12 hours before the scheduled departure.
Full refund: when you cancel within that window, the ticket amount is sent back to the same payment card in roughly 1–7 business days (depending on the issuing bank).

How do I pay for the ticket?

Tickets are paid online during the booking flow. We rely on NETOPIA Payments (Visa/Mastercard, 3-D Secure) so the transaction is both quick and protected. Once the payment succeeds, the e-ticket is emailed automatically.

Question 5

How long does it take to receive the ticket after payment and where can I find it?

Accepted Answer

The system issues your e-ticket immediately after the online payment is completed. Check the email address used in the form—the message shows the travel date, departure time, boarding location, reservation code and QR code.

What should I do if card payment fails / an error appears?

Accepted Answer

Make sure the card is authorised for online and international payments, verify you have enough balance, allow browser pop-ups and temporarily disable blocking extensions. You can also try another browser or device. If it still fails, our Customer Support team can assist.

Can I change my seat on the bus?

Yes. Seat changes are possible while there’s availability—just reach out to Customer Service and we’ll handle the update.

Every ticket covers one complimentary carry-on (max. 42 × 30 × 18 cm and up to 7 kg) stored in the overhead rack, plus two standard checked bags (max. 80 × 50 × 30 cm each, tolerated if the total dimensions stay ≤ 160 cm) weighing up to 20 kg per bag.

How do I use a promotional code?

1) Head to the Hop&Go booking portal.
2) Pick the origin and destination, travel date and passenger count, then hit “Search”.
3) Select your preferred connection and add passenger information.
4) Enter the voucher in the “Promotional code” field and click “Apply”—you’ll see the updated fare instantly.
5) Finalise the secure payment to confirm the booking.

Are there discounts for children?

Yes. Children aged 2 to 7 travel with a 50% reduction from the regular fare.

Are there discounts for students?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Special student fares are available for all itineraries and are applied automatically when you choose the “Student” passenger type during checkout.
